IMPORTANT: Please be assured that every available effort and company resources are made to ship your order in a timely fashion. However, in the event of any unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you to prevent any unnecessary delays. It is our policy to ensure customer's satisfaction.
Domestic Customers – Customers ordering within the US should specify if ordering expedited services. Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or
3 Day Select.
Check / Money Order - We accept checks and money orders drawn in US currency and issued by US banks. Ships after 10 business days.
Credit Cards - We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Credit card orders usually shipped within 1-3 business days after receipt of order via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or a Holiday will be processed within 1-3 following business days.
International Customers – Customers ordering from outside the US must contact us for shipping rates except Canada and Puerto Rico. Custom Fees, Duties and Taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient.
